If you are interested in finding out more about UKVet Companion Animal or Livestock and would like to receive a free sample copy of the latest issue, please email freesample@ukvet.co.uk. There will be a small charge to cover postage if you reside outside of the UK. Please complete this form and return to us if you are not from the UK.

When emailing, please state:

• Which journal you would like to receive a complimentary copy of, either UKVet Companion Animal or UKVet Livestock.
• Your Name, Address and Postcode.
• Whether you are
  • A veterinary surgeon;
  • A veterinary student (please state which university you are studying at and your year of study);
  • A veterinary nurse; or
  • Other profession or organisation (please state)
• How you heard about UKVet
• For audit security purposes, in your email, please answer the following question:
